These images speak to my interest in the historic processes and my enthusiasm for plants, gardens and architectural design. I experiment with combining cyanotype and the wet plate processes with digital technology. The results are always a surprise, but with practice, they are becoming more predictable!

Like many people, my eyes are fresher when I am away from home. Because I love to travel, I’ve shot the majority of these images while on the road. Thus you will see the recording of flora from the perennially wet gardens of Ireland to the desert-friendly plants of Baja California.
